You can reach a caretaker or a janitor through the service company  ´Kivikaari Oy’ 0400 681452 Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm. During the evenings and weekends please contact only with urgent matters such as plumbing problems or such.

In case you have forgotten your key, contact the number above. Please note, that you will be charged 20€ Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm, and 50€ during evenings and weekends.

Please contact the service company: if you have problems or questions concerning fitted interiors or appliances (electronical equipment, heating, electricity…), courtyard or parking space.

To rent a parking space or to book a personal shift in the sauna, please contact the service company.
