Cleaning instructions for rented apartments

Please note, that when you are moving out from your rented apartment, you have agreed
to clean your apartment thoroughly.

Please make sure, that:

• Kitchen cupboards are empty and washed
• Refrigerator and stove are empty and washed
• Refrigerator is turned off and the doors are left open
• The sink and all the drains are clean
• Firealarms are placed correctly and the batteries are attached (if not, charge 30€)
• Ceiling hooks and sockets for lamps are placed correctly (if not, charge 30€)
• Outlet hose and the water pipe of the dishwasher must be blocked if a dishwasher has been disconnected
• Keys of the apartment and parking are left at the apartment. (if not, charge 10€/key and minimum of 50€/recoding the lock)
• Floors and walls are washed
• Bathroom and toilet are washed
• Windows are washed
• Storage is empty and clean

Please note, that old furniture and/or household appliances are not allowed to be left at the trash area or the outdoor area. If the tenant does leave any furniture or appliances to the trash area, the transport costs will be deducted from the rent deposit.

The apartment-book is to be left in the apartment.

In case of failing to clean the apartment, the minimum charge is 150€.

Please inform the janitor if You wish to be present at the final check-up of the empty apartment.
